Refund policy



At Bounce Pop, we take great care in packing and shipping every order. Since our products fall under personal care / hygiene use, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted once sold. However, if there is an issue with your order, we are here to help.

Important: Requests without valid proof may not be accepted.


1. Eligible Cases for Return, Replacement or Refund

We will only consider return, replacement, or refund requests in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product delivered
  • Missing product in the package
  • Expired product delivered

Requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery along with relevant proof.


2. Proof Required

To process your request, please share the following:

  • Order ID
  • Images of the product received
  • Images of the inner and outer packaging

Requests without supporting proof may not be accepted.

Please share your order details and proof within the allowed time window.


4. Review & Resolution Process

  • Our team will review your request within 24–48 working hours
  • If approved, we may offer a replacement, refund, or any other suitable resolution depending on the issue
  • Refunds, where approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

5. Non-Eligible Cases

Return, refund, or replacement requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Product has been opened, used, or altered
  • Request raised after 24 hours of delivery
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Minor packaging damage that does not affect the product inside
  • Requests made without valid proof

6. Delivered but Not Received

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery update. We will coordinate with the courier partner and investigate the issue.


7. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
