1 Shipping Locations
🇮🇳 Domestic — PAN India
We ship across India. Delivery availability can be checked by entering your pincode at checkout.
🌎 International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
2 Shipping Charges
Domestic Orders — India
✓ Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹500
₹49 shipping fee on orders below ₹500
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Available for selected pincodes.
Charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout.
3 Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are processed within 24–48 working hours.
- Orders are shipped Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
- Tracking details are shared after dispatch.
4 Delivery Timelines
🇮🇳 Domestic Delivery
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days.
Remote areas may take longer.
5 Delivery Delays
While we work to get your order to you on time, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- Courier partner issues
- Weather or natural disruptions
- High order volumes during sales or festivals
- Remote or non-serviceable locations
6 Order Tracking
📦 Tracking details will be shared with you once your order has been shipped.
Use the tracking link provided to follow your order's delivery status.
7 Address Changes & Cancellation
Requests for an address change or cancellation must be made within 2 hours of placing the order.
Such requests are not possible once the order has been processed or dispatched.
8 Delivery Issues
Please contact us promptly if you experience an issue with your delivery.
- Report "delivered but not received" cases within 24 hours.
- Report damages or shortages within 24 hours.
- Investigation may take 48–72 hours.
⚠️ Do not accept tampered or damaged packages
If a package appears tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please do not accept it and contact us as soon as possible.
We are not responsible for courier delays once an order has been shipped.
9 Non-Serviceable Pincodes
If your pincode is not serviceable, we will contact you to discuss an alternate address or cancellation.
