1. Shipping Locations
Domestic (PAN India):
We ship across India. Delivery availability can be checked by entering your pin code at checkout.
International Shipping:
We currently do not offer international shipping.
2. Shipping Charges
Domestic Orders (India)
- Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹500
- ₹49 shipping fee on orders below ₹500
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Available for selected pin codes
- Charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout
3. Order Processing & Dispatch
- Processed within 24–48 working hours
- Shipped Monday to Saturday (excluding Sundays & public holidays)
- Tracking details shared after dispatch
4. Delivery Timelines
Domestic Delivery
- Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days
- Remote areas may take longer
5. Delivery Delays
Delays may occur due to:
- Courier partner issues
- Weather or natural disruptions
- High order volumes (sales/festivals)
- Remote or non-serviceable locations
We will keep you informed in such cases.
6. Order Tracking
- Tracking details shared once shipped
- Track your order using the provided link
7. Address Changes & Cancellation
- Requests must be made within 2 hours of placing the order
- Not possible after processing or dispatch
8. Delivery Issues
- Report "delivered but not received" cases within 24 hours
- Report damages/shortages within 24 hours
- Investigation may take 48–72 hours

We are not responsible for courier delays once shipped.
9. Non-Serviceable Pincodes
If your pincode is not serviceable, we will contact you for an alternate address or cancellation.
